    BETTING RULES

    • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.
    • BAD LINE RULE. We will not accept wagers on events posted with obvious or gross line errors. Management also reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obvious "bad" line due to software or human error.
    • Members should check their account balance at least on a weekly basis.
    • Members must state their PIN and password to the customer service representative prior to obtaining your balance, any sports betting information or placing a wager.
    • Account balances are verified by the customer service representative. Any discrepancies or irregularities will be noted and corrected by the customer service department.
    • We keep track of all wagers by telephone. Any discrepancies with regard to wagers will be resolved by the audio voice recording of the transaction and that record shall serve as the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
    • "READ BACK IS FINAL" is vital at the end of the phone call, this is when the customer service representative reads back your wager(s) and states that "If all of the plays just stated are correct, please state your PIN and Password". It is the customer's responsibility to correct any errors during the read back. Once the plays are confirmed they are final. In the event that the customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties, it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to confirm the plays. Otherwise the wagers may be voided. Upon confirmation of the read back, all plays read back are final and official.
    • All disputes will be settled by management in a timely manner.
    • We reserve the right to add, delete or change house wagering rules or payoff odds at any time.
    • The placing of wagers by anyone under 18 is prohibited.
    • All sporting events must be played on the schedule date. Exceptions to this rule are on a game by game basis and will be ruled action or not depending upon the decision made in Las Vegas. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled or there is a change of venue, that event may constitute "no action", which means all money for that event would be refunded (Unless Vegas determines otherwise).
    • Las Vegas Rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations here specified.
    • In order to have action, the game must go:
      • Football (Pro/College) 55 minutes of play
      • Basketball (Pro) 43 minutes of play
      • Basketball (College) 35 minutes of play
      • Hockey (Pro) 55 minutes of play
      • Boxing (Pro - amateur) 1st round bell
      • Baseball (Home Team Winning) 4 1/2 innings complete
      • Baseball (Visitor Winning) 5 innings complete
      • Baseball (Total Runs-Home team winning) 8 1/2 innings complete
      • Baseball (Total Runs-visitor winning) 9 innings complete
      • Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must be played to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining, when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.
    • Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money lines and spreads, unless otherwise specified and with the exception of soccer lines including a quote for a draw (3-way line).
    • On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the second half.
    • On over/under wagers, overtime periods are included in the final score (except in soccer matches with a draw, 3-way line).
    • The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.
    • Dead Heat Rule: when you have a multi-outcome prop or event where two or more winners tie
      • In the event of a dead heat (a tie) in a Future wager, stakes will be divided between the number of winners.
      • If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply. The Dead Heat Rule only applies to Future Wagers that didn't have a tie listed as a betting option.

      Examples:

      • In a two-way Dead Heat (2 winners) for example, your return will be half of what it could have been. This can be referred to as half-face value of the bet or a bet for half the original stake.
      • If there is a 3 way tie, then your winnings are calculated by taking your stake, dividing it by 3, and multiplying that amount by the odds on your betting ticket.
    • Buying points: You may purchase 1/2 points in football and basketball, at a cost of 10% juice, up to two points.
      Points lay/get
      1/2 120/100
      1 130/100
      1 1/2 140/100
      2 150/100
      • When buying on or off 3 in football (NFL) there is an additional 20% juice.
      • When buying on or off 7 in football (NFL) there is an additional 15% juice.

    CIRCLED GAMES

    • CIRCLED games are not allowed in hook-ups. This means you may only place straight wagers only and wagering limits are restricted and lower.
    • You cannot buy points on a CIRCLED game.
    • The reason a game is put into a CIRCLE is due to an unknown status of a key player, players or weather/unrelated sports conditions. Once the information about the player(s) or the external conditions of the game is released, we will release the CIRCLE allowing normal wagering to resume.

    IF BETS AND REVERSES

    • Single Action: only if the first pick wins, you have action on the next pick and so on.
    • Double Action: if the first pick wins, ties, cancels, or is suspended, you have action on the second pick and so on.
    • For reverses it works exactly the same as regular if bets except it includes every possible combination of if bets of those same teams.

    • For wagering purposes, defensive points do not include PATs (Points after Touchdowns).
    • Involving multiple players from each team, such as “Player to score the 1st TD”, all players are action unless otherwise specified on the wager. In pool events all players are action.
    • Overtime counts on football propositions. The 4th Quarter, however, does NOT include Overtime. Only the actual points scored in the 4th quarter count towards a 4th Quarter wager.

    BASEBALL

    • Games are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is winning after 4 1/2 innings.
    • After 4 innings of play, if the game is called or suspended, the final score is determined after the last full inning of play unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score when the game is called.
    • When wagering on Total Runs (over/under) or Run Lines the game must go 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is winning).
    • A wager on a Run Line or a Total will always be with Listed Pitchers (those pitchers must throw the first pitch of the game), therefore if there is a Pitching change, the wager will be NO ACTION.
    • Parlays or if bets with a Runline to a total on the same game are NOT allowed.
    • Suspended games do not carry over to the following day.

      *** Rules Exception ***

      • MLB Post Season Games that are suspended (not cancelled), bets will carry over until the game is ruled final. This Rule Exception only applies to MLB Post Season Games and not regular season games.
      • Example: The Texas and Tampa score is 1-2 in the top of the 8th and Texas scores a run to tie the game 2-2. Now the game is suspended due to rain and scheduled to resume 2 days later. In this case all bets pending will remain pending until the game is completed and ruled final.
    • Pitcher Selection: Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:
      • Action: Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. "Action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.
      • One specified pitcher: A wager where you pick only 1 pitcher and do not care who the other starting pitcher is. The pitcher you list MUST throw the first pitch of the game in order for your wager to have "Action".
      • Both specified pitchers (listed): If starting pitchers are not exactly as listed on wagering display board and/or your ticket, your wager will be deemed "no action".
    • Note: If there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against any unscheduled pitcher, "action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.
    • If a game is called or suspended after 4 1/2 innings of play the score is determined after the last full inning of play, unless the home team scores to tie or win in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score when the game is called. When betting listed pitchers, both pitchers must start in order to have action.

    SOCCER RULES

    • If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all wagers will be refunded.
    • Money line wagering on soccer offers a draw line as well as sides. In the event of a draw example: (1-1), all bets on either of the sides will be graded as losers. Again, in the event of a draw, only wagers placed on the draw line will be graded as a win. This rule does not apply to bets placed on the spread (goal line).
    • The result of the game is decided after 90 minutes of play plus injury time. Extra time / overtime / golden goal is not taken into consideration for soccer bets unless otherwise stipulated.
    • If any match is abandoned or postponed all bets will be void unless the relevant marked result has already happened. For example, "first goal scorer" betting will stand if a goal has already been scored.
    • Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's field in which case all bets will be void.

    GOLF

    • If the start of a round is delayed, or if play during a round is suspended, all pending wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If the postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all pending wagers will be canceled and the money refunded.
    • Wagers on a golfer who does not play in the tournament are graded as No Action.
    • A golfer is deemed to have played once he or she has teed off. In the event of a player withdrawing after having teed off, wagers on that player will be consider a loss.
    • Wagers will be settled using the official tournament and match results (including final match correct score and individual match betting). This includes a match which finishes early, either by agreement of the players or because of injury.

    Golf Matchups:

    • In head-to-head matchups, both golfers must tee off in order to have action.
    • Players are paired for betting purposes only. The player with the lower score over the entire tournament is the matchup winner.
    • In 1st Round matchups, the player with the lower score in the 1st round ONLY (usually 18 holes) is the matchup winner
    • Settlement will be on the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the tournament. If the number of rounds played is reduced, as in the case of bad weather, bets stand providing that an official tournament winner is declared.
    • If one player misses the cut, the other player is deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut, the lowest score after the cut has been made will determine the winner.
    • If a player is disqualified or withdraws after starting, either prior to the completion of two rounds or after both players have made the cut, the other player is deemed the winner.
    • If a player is disqualified during either the 3rd or 4th rounds, when the other player in the match bet has already missed the cut, the disqualified player will be considered the winner.

    Outright Betting (Tournament Winner):

    • The "Field" includes all players not offered by name.
    • All outright bets are settled on the player winning the trophy. The result of play-offs is taken into account.
    • If a tournament does not go the specified number of completed holes (usually 72) and is shortened by the tournament officials, the leader at the end of the number of holes specified by the officials will be the winner, unless there is no further play or only part of a round completed after a bet has been placed, in which case that bet will be canceled.
    • In the event that two or more golfers are tied for the lead at the end of regulation play, a sudden death playoff is normally used to determine the winner of the tournament. In this case, the winner of the playoff is the winner for betting purposes. All other golfers in the playoff will be graded as second-place finishers.
    • In the event of a tie for a finishing position, the tied position will count; for example, if five players tie for eighth place, all five will be considered to have finished eighth.
    • In some tournaments, tournament officials may have the individuals play a specified number of playoff holes to determine the tournament winner. In this case, the golfer with the lowest score after completing the specified number of holes will be declared the winner, and all other golfers in the playoff will be graded as second-place finishers.

    To Miss/Make The Cut:

    • For some tournaments we may offer prices for players to make the cut (take part in the final rounds), or miss the cut (fail to qualify for the final rounds).

Finishing Position of a Named Player:

    • In the event of a tie for a finishing position, the tied position will count, eg. a tie with 5 other players for 8th place will count as a finishing position of 8.

    Group Betting:

    • The winner will be the player with the lowest score at the end of the tournament (or after the cut if all players miss the cut), playoff included.
    • In the event of a tie, the winner will be the player with the lowest score for the final round.
    • If a player does not tee off all bets on that group will be void and monies refunded.

    AUTORACING

    • To win the race: 60% of the starting field must start the race for action.
    • Top 3 (podium) finishes: 80% of the starting field must start for action.
    • Drivers Matchups: Both drivers must start the race for action.
    • THE FORMATION LAP IS NOT CONSIDERED PART OF THE RACE FOR WAGERING PURPOSES.
    • Postponements:
      • If a race or qualifier is postponed for any reason, all wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If the postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all wagers will be canceled and the money refunded.

    NASCAR RACES:

    • The Official NASCAR winner of the race shall be the winner of the race for wagering purposes; this includes all races which are halted prematurely for any reason.
    • In head-to-head matchups, both drivers must start the race in order for the wager to be considered "action".
    • If a starting driver who has completed at least one lap is replaced during the race by another driver for any reason, the starting driver will be awarded the finishing driver's position at the end of the race.
      • Example: Driver JONES starts the race, completes 8 laps, but leaves the race due to injury, and then replacement driver SMITH finishes the race and places 10th. In the race standings, driver JONES would be credited with a 10th place finish.
    • Disqualifications that occur more than 30 minutes after the race has ended are not recognized for wagering purposes.

    Formula 1:

    • Wagers on a driver will be in effect if, and only if, the driver lines up on the official starting grid after the warm-up lap.
    • The podium positions will be used to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd for betting purposes.
    • In head-to-head matchups, both drivers must start the race in order for the wager to be considered "action".
    • In two-way matchups, if both drivers fail to complete the race, the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner. If both drivers retire on the same lap, wagers will be settled on the official FIA classification at the time of the podium presentation.
    • If a driver fails to take part in the qualifying session then all bets on that driver will be void. This event will be settled on official times as recorded by the FIA and will not be affected by any subsequent penalties or demotions.

    BOXING

    • When the bell sounds to begin the first round, the bout will be considered official for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled length or title.
    • If the scheduled length of the match is changed, all prior wagers on the number of rounds the bout will last will be graded as 'No Action'.
    • Each round is three minutes in duration; a half-round is defined as ninety seconds.
    • For wagering purposes, the disqualification of a boxer during a match will be counted as a knockout by his opponent.
    • Total of Rounds:
      • Customer will either go over or under a number of rounds in which the fight will be finished.
      • For example; on the total of rounds the line is 4.5. If a player takes the over, he's saying that the fight will last more than 4.5 rounds. That would be 4 full rounds and the first 90 seconds into the 5th round.
    • Correct Result Wagering:
      • Players can wager on which boxer will win the fight and the manner in which the fight is won. A KNOCKOUT includes Technical Knockouts (TKO) and Disqualifications (DQ). A DECISION is determined to be anytime the judge's scorecards are used to determine the winner of the bout regardless of the round in which this occurs. If the fight ends in a Tie, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on “no draw” and on both fighters will be lost. If any of both fighters wins, wagers on “no draw” plus the fighter (that wins the fight) will be considered winners, the rest losers.
    • Las Vegas wagering rules will be used for any situation not covered here.

    TENNIS (ATP-WTA)

    • For wagering purposes, a tennis match:
      • Must go at least 2 FULL SETS or 3 FULL SETS for Grand Slams (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open, MENS ONLY), there will be action.
      • In the event of a retirement after 2 full sets (or 3 full sets for a grand slam, MENS ONLY) the winner will be determined by who advances.
    • First Set Betting
      • First set must be completed for wagers to stand. If the first set is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all wagers will be considered no action.
    • Sets Betting
      • The tennis match must be completed for wagers to stand. If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all set wagers will be considered no action.
    • Delay or suspension:
      • If a tennis match is completed, all wagers stand as written. A delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed.
    • In the event of a change of playing surface, venue, or outside to indoor court and vice versa, all bets will stand.
    • In the case of a walkover situation, the outcome will be graded "no action".
